I've worked in coffee from a very young age. Coffee is meant to be a personal experience and we've compressed it to a hassled daily routine. Espresso is so scientific and meticulous and really intriguing. Sometimes, due to the pace of our society, this process becomes inaccessible and hidden. I wanted to make a video showcasing this process and making it more real, personal, and accessible to the viewer.
