Over the course of several months, I completed many fabric studies to analyze the way fabric moves and drapes, as well as how light interacts with it. I completed a variety of different studies that analyze simply the folds of the fabric all the way up to a recreation of the piece. I learned a lot about how to create a more accurate drawing, but also trained my eye to better perceive the movement of fabric.
